Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 29 Sep 2026

Our commitment

Billie Construction Pty Limited, trading as Resolv Machine, wants everyone to be able to use our website and platform, including residents raising a claim and teams responding to one. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, consistent with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).

What we do

  • Use clear, plain-language content and consistent navigation.

  • Keep text and interface colours at sufficient contrast.

  • Make pages and apps work with keyboard navigation and common screen readers.

  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and charts.

  • Design layouts that adapt to phones, tablets and zoom up to 200%.

  • Respect reduced-motion settings for animated graphics.

  • Let residents raise claims in the way that suits them: through the app, by email, or with help from the builder.

Known limitations

We are still working on some areas:

  • Some embedded graphics on our website may not yet have full text descriptions.

  • Photos uploaded by residents and third parties can't always be described in text.

  • PDF and Excel reports supplied by third parties may not be accessible. We can help extract their content on request.

Feedback and help

If you have trouble accessing any part of our website or platform, or need information in another format, email info@resolvmachine.com. Tell us the page or feature and the problem you had. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Australian Human Rights Commission at humanrights.gov.au.
